Sleep Study
Testing for Sleep Apnea is by the performance of a test called a
Polysomnograph, or Sleep Study. This test is an overnight study of
your sleep conducted at our Sleep Center. This test includes sensors
that will monitor your heart rate, breathing rate and rhythm, eye
movement, muscle activity, brain activity, blood oxygen level, and
airflow.
Treatment of Sleep Apnea
The most common treatment for Sleep Apnea is CPAP, Continuous Positive

nasal mask. This CPAP device is worn nightly to allow you to sleep
uninterrupted by helping eliminate any airflow obstruction. Surgical
options are also available if physical corrections are needed.
Nonconventional methods are also available such as positional measures
and oral appliances.
All Sleep Apnea evaluations and testing are provided following a
