Total Compensation Philosophy
Alice Peck Day Health System's compensation philosophy is designed to align employee compensation with the people-centered values we are committed to as an organization.
We provide a compensation program that adheres to the following principles:
- Establishing and maintaining competitive salary levels within relevant markets and available resources
- Remaining consistent with job content, responsibilities, and requirements
- Emphasizing and encouraging excellence by rewarding individual contributions that support the APDHS priorities, goals, and objectives

APD offers excellent benefits to its employees:
- A generous self-funded medical plan that includes three tiers of coverage
- A dental plan that offers cleanings and X-rays at 100%, restorative treatments at 80%, and reconstructive treatments at 50%, with a total of $2000 worth of coverage per calendar year
- Orthodontic coverage through the dental plan

- Life Insurance for yourself and your dependents
- 403(b) retirement plan with 4% contribution from APD
- Tuition reimbursement in which employees are eligible for up to $2000 per fiscal year
