Total Compensation Philosophy

Alice Peck Day Health System's compensation philosophy is designed to align employee compensation with the people-centered values we are committed to as an organization.

We provide a compensation program that adheres to the following principles:

  • Remaining consistent with job content, responsibilities, and requirements
  • Emphasizing and encouraging excellence by rewarding individual contributions that support the APDHS priorities, goals, and objectives

APD offers excellent benefits to its employees:

  • A generous self-funded medical plan that includes three tiers of coverage
  • A dental plan that offers cleanings and X-rays at 100%, restorative treatments at 80%, and reconstructive treatments at 50%, with a total of $2000 worth of coverage per calendar year

  • 403(b) retirement plan with 4% contribution from APD
