Getting to your Appointment
or Visiting a Patient
If you are seeing us for an appointment or planning for a longer stay, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to find your way around the Alice Peck Day campus. There is an information desk close to the main entrance, where you will find a volunteer ready to help you, Monday through Friday. Our Patient Access staff can also help you find your appointment location. In addition to our general Directions & Parking information, each of our department webpages has a map, lists medical staff, and provides contact details. We also welcome and encourage visitors and you will find more infomation about visiting on our Visits to Patients page.
Staying at the Hospital
When you or a family member are anticipating an extended stay with us, you should check in at our Admissions/Registration desk, where our staff will collect information and advise you on your rights and privileges as a patient. We strive to make your stay a pleasant one and you can find useful information about being in the hospital at Preparing for your Stay.
Insurance and Billing Questions
At Alice Peck Day, we believe that your health is your foremost priority. Our representatives are here five days a week to assist you with questions about insurance and billing, so you can focus on what’s most important: being well. Please check out our Patient Financial Services section, where you will find contact and services information.
