The Extended Care Facility is a nursing, rehabilitation and long term care facility, with semi-private and private rooms. We are committed to giving our residents the maximum amount of independence.

The Immediate Care Center is APD's walk-in and emergency care clinic.

Occupational Health Services is an area leader in employee safety and health.

Primary Care is available at the Robert A. Mesropian Center for Community Care. We have twelve primary care providers who specialize in family practice, internal medicine, and pediatrics.

Rehabilitation Services offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy for a broad range of diagnoses.

The Sleep Health Center is a two-bed sleep lab offering sleep studies, most commonly for diagnosis of sleep apnea.

The Center for Surgical Services provides a warm, caring environment with state-of-the-art technology.

The Women's Care Center offers high quality care that empowers women throughout their experience, with board certified/board eligible OB-GYNs and Certified Nurse Midwives.
