APD Welcomes Occupational Therapist Kelly Fisher Clark
May 24, 2012—Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital announces the arrival of licensed Occupational Therapist Kelly Fisher Clark to its team of professionals.

Clark is an experienced Occupational Therapist well known in the Upper Valley for the ergonomic work and injury prevention she has provided to countless businesses over the last several years. She will collaborate with a number of healthcare professionals, including APD’s Occupational Health Medical Director Dr. Phillip Collins, physical therapists and orthopedists, to bring local businesses customized programs that will address the specific Health and Safety needs of their workforce.
Clark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Worchester State University in Worchester, Massachusetts and certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. She is licensed to practice in both New Hampshire and Vermont.
