APD’s Orthopaedic Clinic welcomes Sarah Liegl, MS, PA-C
October 19, 2012—Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital is pleased to announce the addition of Certified Physician Assistant Sarah Liegl to its Orthopaedic Clinic. She will work under the direction of Dr. Leonard Rudolf, who has been a distinguished surgeon at APD for over 25 years.
Prior to joining APD, Liegl practiced with Orthopedic Specialists of Central Ohio in Columbus, Ohio. She also practiced Emergency Medicine in Columbus. At APD she will perform clinic evaluations and treatment of orthopaedic-related injuries, follow-up care of orthopaedic patients and assist with orthopaedic surgical cases.
“We are delighted to have Sarah on board,” shares Rick Senn, Practice Director, Surgical Clinics. “Her knowledge and experience are a valuable addition to our medical team and will improve our availability to our patients.”
Liegl holds a Master of Science in physician assistant studies from Albany Medical College in New York. She also earned a Master of Public Health degree in environmental studies and epidemiology from the Northwest Ohio Consortium of Public Health in Toledo, Ohio. Her undergraduate studies were in zoology and African studies at the University of Wisconsin.
She has participated with many volunteer medical missions teams in Tanzania, Mississippi, Indonesia and Honduras. She is now accepting new patients at the APD’s Orthopaedic Clinic in Lebanon, NH. Please call for an appointment 603 448 6344.
