APD’s Robert A. Mesropian Center for Community Care welcomes Clinical Manager Renee Martin
September 22, 2011—Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital is pleased to announce the addition of Marjorie Renee Martin, Registered Nurse (RN), Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN), as the Clinical Manager of the Robert A. Mesropian Center for Community Care (RAMCCC).
In her new role Martin will coordinate the day-to-day clinical operations and will also work with the management team to set the vision and goals of the RAMCCC.
“We are pleased to have Renee join our team,” states Robin Shaffer, Practice Director, RAMCCC. “The combination of her medical knowledge and leadership experience will help direct our efforts to develop a Patient-Centered Medical Home model, a team-based model of care that facilitates partnerships between individual patients and primary care providers who direct and coordinate their heath care.”
Martin holds an Associate Degree in nursing from Amarillo College of Nursing in Amarillo, Texas. She is currently enrolled in the Bachelors Degree in nursing program at Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, New Hampshire. Most recently Martin worked as the Nurse Manager for Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center Inpatient Hematology/Oncology unit.
