Denise Croft named Employee of the Quarter
January 26, 2012—Denise Croft, Senior Office Coordinator, Occupational Health, a department of Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital, has been named the Employee of the Quarter.
Croft, who joined APD in May 2010, has quickly demonstrated her dedication to providing excellent customer service. She is constantly juggling patient check-ins, telephone inquiries and provider requests as a knowledgeable resource with a positive attitude and swift responses.
“Denise, who is responsible for possibly the most demanding job in a clinic — the front office, has gladly accepted additional responsibilities with a can-do attitude,” states Suzanne Bissonnette, Practice Director, Occupational Health Services, Pain Management Clinic and Employee Health. “Her cooperative nature has helped improve our overall responsiveness to requests and our customer service. We are tremendously fortunate to have attracted such a talented individual to APD and she is truly deserving of this recognition.”
