Frank Hoffman Joins APD’s Development Team
July 8, 2011—Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital welcomes Frank Hoffman to the Department of Philanthropy and Community Relations as the new Development Officer.
In this position, Hoffman will be responsible for managing the Annual Giving Program and will assist with many other philanthropic activities.
Hoffman comes to APD with over twelve years of experience in fundraising in health care, educational, and other non-profit organizations. Most recently he served as Development Officer and Annual Fund Manager at the Cheshire Health Foundation, the non-profit arm of the Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene. Hoffman has also served as Director of Development and Community Relations at Thetford Academy, and Associate Director in the Dartmouth College annual fund. He holds a Master of Business Administration from West Virginia University.
As a longtime Upper Valley resident, Hoffman brings a strong knowledge of the community and a passion for service to his work. “I’m extremely excited about the challenges that lie ahead,” Hoffman said, “as the Hospital begins the next era in its growth. I’m looking forward to building on the APD’s substantial existing support and helping to grow the Hospital’s fundraising momentum to assure we are meeting the health care needs of our community.”
