Todd Thompson earns distinguished Revenue Cycle Certification

June 15, 2012—Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital is pleased to announce that Todd Thompson has recently become certified as a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) by the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Thompson, Director, Patient Access, is the first individual to achieve this distinction in the New Hampshire–Vermont Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. The certification is awarded after completion of a course of study and successful completion of a comprehensive examination.

“This designation proves Todd’s high level of revenue cycle knowledge and expertise,” states Evalie M. Crosby, CPA, FHFMA, Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. “It takes a great deal of talent, dedication and persistence to achieve this goal and we are proud to celebrate his achievement.”

Thompson has been at APD since 2007 and has over 15 years of experience in patient registration and customer service. He attended Lyndon State College and the Community College of Vermont, and is a member of the National Association of Healthcare Access Management.
