Our dermatology services provide treatment for both common and rare skin, hair, and nail conditions. APD is affiliated with the dermatology practices of five, local, board-certified physicians: Dr. Daniel W Collison at Riverrun Medical Offices in Hanover, NH; Dr. Daniel E McGinley-Smith at New England Dermatology in White River Junction, VT; Dr. Jose E Peraza and Dr. Daniel M Peraza in Claremont; and Dr. Georgia A Tuttle in Lebanon, NH. All of our affiliated practitioners are committed to healing and alleviating our patients’ dermatology conditions.

Our Dermatology Providers

Daniel Collison, MD is a member of the American Board of Dermatology
 and a fellow of the American College of Mohs Micrographic Surgery & Cutaneous Oncology. He gained his MD from the University of Iowa, and completed a fellowship in Dermatologic Surgery at the University of Iowa Affiliate, Des Moines. Dr Collinson focuses exclusively on dermatological surgery.

Daniel McGinley-Smith, MD is a board-certified physician, a member of the American Medical Association the American Academy of Dermatology.
Dr. McGinley-Smith received his BA from Harvard University and his MD from Harvard Medical School. He completed internship in internal medicine and residency in dermatology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.

Daniel Peraza, MD, FAAD, received his MD degree from the Columbia College of Physicians & Surgeons. He completed his internship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts, and his dermatology residency at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. He practices general dermatology in Claremont, NH.

Jose Peraza, MD, FAAD, is board certified by the American Academy of Dermatology (1980) and has been in the practice of dermatology since 1980. He earned his MD from the Columbia College of Physicians & Surgeons and completed his internship at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, CT, and his residency in dermatology at Mary Hitchcock Hospital in Hanover, NH. Dr. Peraza specializes in cosmetic dermatology, especially sclerotherapy for leg veins, cosmetic fillers like Juvéderm®, Sculptra®, and Radiesse® and Botox® therapy for premature aging of the face, laser therapy for facial blood vessels, and the use of superficial peels for facial rejuvenation. He is also an adjunct professor of medicine at the Dartmouth Medical School.

Georgia Tuttle, MD, FAAD is a board-certified physician. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the New Hampshire Medical Society, the American Academy of Dermatology, the New Hampshire Dermatology Association, and the New England Dermatology Association. In addition to general dermatology services, among Dr Tuttle’s specialties are the treatments of spider veins on the leg and the provision of a broad range of minimally-invasive skin surgeries.
