We believe in listening carefully to our patients and working collaboratively with referring providers to ease pain, restore function, and improve quality of life. We provide a “homey” atmosphere in our clinic and we are equipped with a state-of-the-art facility for all procedures at the hospital.

Our Health Care Team
Mindy Wallace, CRNA, MSN, APRN, FAAPM is our clinic’s pain management provider. Wallace obtained certification from the American Academy of Pain Management in pain knowledge. She has seven years of full-time experience in pain management and has been managing acute pain as an certified registered nurse anesthetist since 1994.
Kelly C DeFeo, CRNA, APRN joined the team in 2010 and is a member of the New Hampshire Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists. Kelly’s role on the Pain Management team includes evaluating new patients, which greatly reduces wait-times.
Nancy Griffith, RN, has six years of intense pain management experience. She assists in managing medications and procedures, teaches patients and answers questions, and interfaces with insurance companies to obtain needed services and medications for patients.
Our front office manager, Susan Rose, schedules patients, and manages billing, referrals, and coordinates new patient appointments.
