Cindy Jerome appointed Executive Director of APD Lifecare

Cindy Jerome has been appointed Executive Director of APD Lifecare, which oversees Harvest Hill, an assisted living community, and The Woodlands, an independent living community, on the Cindy Jerome, Alice Peck Day campus of Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital.

Jerome will be responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plan of these residences. She will also be responsible for fundraising, marketing, and community outreach.

“Cindy is highly qualified and will fit in well with the culture at Harvest Hill and the Woodlands,” said APD hospital President and CEO Sue Mooney, MD, MS, FACOG. “We are all excited to have her on board and look forward to working with her,” she added.

“I’m thrilled to put my skills and experience to work here in the Upper Valley,” Jerome said. “I look forward to working with leadership, staff and residents to continue APD’s delivery of unique and distinct housing options that provide the appropriate levels of comfort and care,” she added.

Jerome was most recently employed by Garden Path Elder Living in Brattleboro, VT.  Prior to Garden Path, she was the long-time Executive Director of Holton Home. Holton Home merged with Bradley House under Jerome’s efforts to become Garden Path Elder Living.

Jerome received her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and her graduate degree in counseling psychology from Antioch University.

Jerome replaces Lifecare’s interim Executive Director, Joe Xanthopoulos.
