Lebanon City Councilor
Timothy McNamara, MS, MBA is a Lebanon City Councilor and served as the City’s Mayor from 2019-2025. McNamara is a Lebanon native and a graduate of Dartmouth College (BA), Antioch New England Graduate School (MS) and Plymouth State University (MBA). McNamara's early career was spent in environmental and land use consulting. He joined Dartmouth’s staff in 2001 and was an Associate Director of Real Estate from 2002-2017, when he transferred to Dartmouth Facilities, Operations and Management and served as the Associate Director of that department until his retirement in 2024. McNamara is also a retired Naval Reserve Intelligence Officer, enlisting as an Intelligence Specialist in 1985 and retiring at the rank of Commander in 2006.
