President and Chief Executive Officer, Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital
Michael Lynch, MD, MBA, President and Chief Executive Officer, joined Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital (APD) in June 2019. APD is an affiliate member of the Dartmouth Health system and is located in Lebanon, New Hampshire. From 2019 until he became CEO in 2025, he served as Chief Medical Officer and as an emergency physician on the APD medical staff. Prior leadership roles include Executive Medical Director of Same Day Services at Reliant Medical Group in Worcester, Massachusetts, and multiple leadership roles at Concord Hospital, Concord, New Hampshire, including President of Concord Emergency Medical Associates and President and Chair of Emergency Medicine. In addition, he served as the Chair of the Concord Hospital Charitable Trust. He currently serves on the American Hospital Association Regional Policy Board for New England.
Dr. Lynch earned his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, received his medical degree from the University of Virginia, and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has also completed a Physician Executive MBA at Brandeis University.
