APD sponsors a select number of events and nonprofit organizations strongly aligned with our mission to improve the health and well-being of our community.
Over the course of a year, APD receives a number of requests for sponsorship support from a variety of organizations and individuals. Each request is assessed to determine if it aligns with our mission, vision, values, strategy as well as our marketing and community health objectives. We are unable to fund every request, and sometimes we may need to adjust the amount of the funding (up or down) for a request.
There will be two funding cycles per year. Submission deadlines are as follows:
- June 30 for proposals to be funded during the first two quarters of the fiscal year. Notification date is September 16.
- December 31 for proposals to be funded during the last two quarters of the fiscal year. Notification date is February 15..
Proposals received after the funding deadline will be considered during the next funding cycle unless the requestor withdraws the request.
