We are aware that information regarding hospital charges and insurance can be complicated and we encourage you to contact us to help you with questions or concerns.

Pay Your Bill Online

APD patients are invited to pay their bill, for services prior to May 11, 2019, online at www.apdbill.com.
For services received after May 11, 2019, patients may pay their bill online at myD-H.

Bills from APD Emergency Department and Donald Faulkner Dickey Medical-Surgical Wing, for services before May 11, 2019

Patients receive two bills if they receive services from the Emergency Department and the Donald Faulkner Dickey Medical-Surgical Wing in the hospital. In addition to receiving a bill from Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital (APD) for facility fees associated with those units, patients will receive a separate bill for the professional services they receive before May 11, 2019. Patients in the Donald Faulkner Dickey Medical-Surgical Wing will receive a bill for hospitalist professional services from Mascoma Street Inpatient Services, LLC. If you have questions regarding professional charges from the Donald Faulkner Dickey Medical-Surgical Wing, please call (800) 522-3998 and use the code MRI. Calls can be made between Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

Patients in the Emergency Department will receive a bill for professional services from Upper Valley Emergency Physicians, LLC for care received before May 11, 2019. If you have questions regarding professional charges from the Emergency Department, please call (800) 355-2470 and use the code WRJ. Calls can be made between Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM.  APD will not be able to address specific questions about the charges on a patient’s bill for these services.

The information provided is a comprehensive list of charges for each inpatient and outpatient service or item provided by a hospital, also known as a chargemaster, which Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital posts on an annual basis.  Standard charges shown in the chargemaster do not necessarily reflect what a patient ultimately pays for services and therefore may not be a meaningful tool to estimate a patient’s out of pocket responsibility or to compare hospital costs. Actual charges may differ for a variety of reasons and Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital does not hereby offer, promise, contract, guarantee or assume any legally binding obligation to provide a selected service(s) or item(s) for the listed charge(s).
