Interpreter Services provides communication access to our Limited English Proficient (LEP), deaf, hard-of-hearing, and communication-disabled patients, as well as to their families and companions. These services are provided at no cost to the patient.
We strive to provide the best possible patient care by meeting all federal and state mandates regarding communication access. We do this with certified professional interpreters, over-the-phone interpreting (OPI), video remote interpreting (VRI), and auxiliary aids.
