Andrew Perron, MD
Emergency Medicine
As an emergency room doctor, it is gratifying when a patient asks at the end of the encounter, “Are you taking any new patients?” It tells me that we have connected, and they trust me with their health care.
I’ve played team sports my whole life, and teamwork is the key on the field and in the emergency room. The most rewarding time in the emergency room is when the team of caregivers comes together to provide expert, high-level care to patients when they need it the most.
