A free dental health program for school kids

"Upper Valley Smiles" is a unique dental health program in the region that provides preventive and non-invasive dental care to children without a dental home.

The APD dental team visits elementary schools in the Upper Valley annually, providing classroom education, dental screenings, fluoride varnish, decay-stopping medication, and sealant applications, all at no cost to parents. This school-based oral health program is for children enrolled in Lebanon, Enfield, Canaan, Hartford, and the Hartland elementary schools.
