Charlie Wheelan, PhD, MPA, is an economist, speaker, founder, and co-chairman of The Centrist Project, and author of Naked Statistics, Naked Economics, and Naked Money. He currently teaches at Tuck School of Business and Dartmouth College and is the faculty director of Tuck's Center for Business, Government, and Society. From 1997 to 2002, he was the Midwest correspondent for The Economist. He has also written for the Chicago Tribune, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Yahoo! Finance.
Dr. Wheelan holds a PhD in public policy from the University of Chicago, a Master’s in Public Affairs from Princeton University, and a BA from Dartmouth College. Dr. Wheelan lives in Hanover with his wife Leah, who is principal of the Hanover Street School in Lebanon.
