The Quality Department ensures healthcare services at APD occur at the highest possible level for patients.
Through continuous monitoring, audits, data gathering, and use of analytical tools, the Quality Department measures, reports, and makes recommendations for improvements in the quality of care at APD. The department also works closely with APD's Compliance Office to meet and report on all regulatory matters, including state and federal requirements.
The Quality Department also serves as a mentor and guide for process improvement in clinical and non-clinical departments throughout the organization.
