Integrative Medicine is an approach to health that addresses the whole person: the full range of physical, emotional, mental, social, and environmental influences affecting your overall well-being. We can address symptoms people feel (pain, digestive issues, insomnia) while we are looking for and addressing the root causes.
It combines conventional medical care with centuries-old healing arts to help decrease stress, strengthen the immune system, reduce pain, and speed recovery.
Integrative medicine is not an “alternative” approach to conventional healthcare but, rather, combines ideas and treatments from both modern conventional medicine and traditional, holistic healing traditions. Our providers work closely with your primary and specialty care teams.
Services include:
- Naturopathic consultation to address health issues.
- Acupuncture to bring energy flow back into proper balance.
- Massage therapy to manage chronic pain, reduce stress, and improve sleep.
- Craniosacral therapy to relieve tension in the head, neck, and spine.
- Nutrition therapies to address, prevent, or reverse diseases such as arthritis, depression, diabetes, hypertension, and obesity.
- Asian Medicine Therapies such as cupping, herbs, and Tsalung Healing (Tibetan Energy Work).
