We will discuss your personal health plan, as naturopathic medicine focuses on education and prevention. You will receive a personalized treatment plan that may include nutrition supplements, eating changes, exercise suggestions, and ideas to help manage stress. Your naturopathic provider may also suggest other therapies including:
